A serial killer is holding New York hostage. He is picking out his victims according to their astrological sign, leading the press to dub him The Zodiac Killer.
Two eyewitnesses to one of his shootings say the killer is black, but the only solid clue police have to go on is a cryptic note left at one of the scenes with a symbol of a cross within a circle.
Psychic Noreen Renier is brought onto the case for any insight she may have.
