I was thinking about marriage commitments and the importance of family in society during our time here on earth and I perused my copy of Wilder Penfield’s book ‘Man and his Family.’

Penfield wrote this book at the request of Governor General Georges P. Vanier.

One sentence stood out this morning and I quote: “I have been impressed by the fact that the stern integrity of our fathers has been gradually weakened, and in many cases has entirely disappeared. Occupations and pleasures which in their days, would have been regarded as wrong are without hesitation indulged in. In business, profit is the first consideration, and little thought is given to the moral character of the transactions.
Indeed, wilful fraud and deliberate crime have been frequently discovered and exposed.”

These words were written May 28, 1925 by Josiah Wood. He was a member of the Canadian Senate.

Penfield’s book was published in 1967.

Dr. Mark Geier exposes the FLU VACCINE FRAUD. He is not anti-vaccines, but he is anti-flu shots. His reasoning is accurate and reveals the obvious collusion between drug companies, the FDA and CDC. Dr. Geier is an MD and has a PhD in genetics and spent 10 years working at the National Institute of Health. He was a genetics professor at John Hopkins University and is also the author of over 150 peer-reviewed publications.

Dr. Geier worked on vaccine safety and efficacy for more than 30 years and was one of only four scientists that worked to replace the DTP vaccine that caused every child to become sick with a high fever at the time of vaccination. The revised DTAP vaccine, which is a more purified vaccine minus many of the dangerous adjuvuncts and now causes illness due to fever in only 3% of those vaccinated. Still, I would suggest we all stay clear of vaccines that weaken the immune system and have thimerisol, formaldehyde and other neurotoxins that cause disease.

In fact, Dr. Geier explains the flu shot causes Guillain-Barré Syndrome, and it is not effective in preventing the flu. So why take it? Because Big Pharma wants to make $$$$. Geier also explains that the CDC does not follow the law for vaccines in requiring long-term safety testing for flu shots like they do with other vaccines. After all, it is impossible to test a vaccine that changes every year. So the flu vaccine is reality an experimental vaccine that they want to give out to 300 million people every year to make the $$$$.

In addition, there are no studies showing the safety of giving the flu vaccine to the same person every year, but the Big Pharma propaganda jab campaign is already in full swing. You cannot drive by a pharmacy in the country, either a chain or small drug store that doesn't have signs EVERYWHERE pushing for not only flu shots, but shingles shots, Gardasil--- you name it. All without waiting!

Dr. Geier points out that the CDC is in the business of distributing flu vaccines, because they represent 300 million doses per year, whereas all the childhood vaccines together only number 20 million. Profit motive.

After all, the head honchos at the CDC all work in the revolving door system, moving from Big Pharma companies back and forth into the CDC and FDA to keep the fraud going. This is big business that has very little interest in keeping Americans safe, but who are very interested in getting their poisons sold.

Now with Obamacare, not only can poor folk get a free cell phone, there is easier access to get vaccines, for all, for FREE. This is also being advertised right outside your local Walgreens.

One must ask why Big Pharma cannot be sued and there are limitations to liability set up by the corrupt Vaccine Injury Compensation Fund. This collusion between Big Pharma and Our government is indeed a conflict of interest and against the general welfare of the American People. It is in essence, treason.

Dr. Geier explains that the flu is "the wrong thing to vaccinate against" because you have to keep re-vaccinating against it every year, unlike childhood infectious diseases, such as smallpox, that are only vaccinated for once.

However, many childhood vaccines have multiple doses, like the MMR, which has been proven to cause autism and threatens the medical mafia's cash cow. The Drug Trust spends billions to convince Americans that vaccines are safe and effective, but research and statistical data prove otherwise.

A study in the prestigious Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) provides data on deaths from infectious diseases over the last century.

When this data is compared with the introduction of children's vaccination programs we see that most vaccines for children have had little to no effect, and some may even be harmful.

We, Denise and I, were deeply in love with each other and in a marriage made in heaven.

This Marriage Contract, several pages long, was signed by Denise and me just before our marriage. We were both very serious Christians and were married in the Catholic Church

April 11, 1964. We took lessons, for weeks, in the Catholic Church to "understand what love means."  


"Her lawyer said "it wasn't important."

"Without it; it wasn't the Lawyers case.  to go forward with!"

 





 What the full contract says, is that the house belongs to Don.
Denise Prevost is a number or Pret-Non.
Denise Prevost, does not exist. Denise Wesley has a social security number.
One must read the Whole document.
To my knowledge, no Judge has read the full document.
Don 'manages his property, via this document called a Marriage Contract..
Denise knows this very well. To tell someone the house is hers, is a lie.
Fraud, and Embezzlement has occurred.

How did Doctor Lundell become part of the Wesley Family story? And how do the time-lines correspond to the Divorce file of June 9, 2013?

Denise and I both chose to accept Christ and submit ourselves to God. We took lessons and observed each other for a year and felt strong attraction to each other, and then.....
 

We signed a Marriage Contract [before Marriage] which declared this.
On the 11th day of April 1964, Denise Claire Prevost, became Denise Claire Wesley.
They became One item. Parents.

September 24, 2013.
“I received a letter from "Service Canada National Benefits Services," it states that I, and Denise Wesley, lived together from April 11, 1964 to June 9, 2013, and that during that time we both contributed to the Quebec Pension Plan.”
This was impossible - she left on the 24th day of December 2008.
How could any Judge issue such an unconscionable Judgment?  Risking his own Job!

Years earlier....
I was asked, by my children’s elementary school Parents School Committee to become its Chairman.

From this position, they felt the need to be represented at the School Board Level.  The position at this higher level required a catholic parent. I was a Protestant with Catholic Children and a wife who is catholic.

My wife wanted her husband, me, to be the Chairman. So, she did everything possible in the Community to make it happen. She was raised to the level of Eucharistic minister at our local church.
The Baldwin Cartier School Board... managed the schools, both French and English.

My world view was based upon my choice of Christ. What Church I went to was not important and I signed a letter to this effect.
I now... no longer belonged, to the United Church of Canada. 
Steven, my son was being taught in the English school and Michael, my son, in the French School.

When we were married, she Denise, vowed she accepted me as the head of the family.
Then.... the children still began to have their own ideas, of what was right or wrong.
When I disciplined them, she  Denise, my soul-mate, found fault with my interpretation of Gods laws.

She called a very young Priest into our home to set me straight. She laughed about my reaction to him. Becoming, very annoyed I showed him the Door.
After all... she married me and not him I believed.
My duty to rebuke my children, when they sinned was being challenged. Unknown to me she asked the United Church if they could get help for me and the children. They suggested Doctor Lundell. To keep her happy I accepted and all three children and me and Denise attended his investigation of the ‘Family Dysfunction.’

It wasn’t long before he told me ..... told the answer was simple – “Denise had to let me be the head of the family.” Denise engaged her own French psychoanalyst, and left the sessions with Doctor Lundell, a Psychiatrist.

A year later or more, Doctor Lundell, told me, he saw enough " anger" in Denise, to predict [without any doubt] that she would kill me.

Years later she abandoned the idea of God. I became aware of this, ever so slowly. Deception was involved. She was working with other women, who had already decided to solve their problems by leaving their husbands and entering into a relationship.

She once told me, that I would find few today ...who believed in the idea.... that there is a God. Here and in the Now. The Holy Spirit. 

However... I knew... The Laws of  God super-cede the laws of men.

Years later....
At the church service for her Mother’s death. I was informed by her nephew, that family secret was now known; Denise had been abused as a child by her Father. Please see the following investigation by a psychiatrist of such a child. Be warned; it not easy to see, but you must.... if you care to be aware and understand, where Doctor Lundell was coming from. His job was to find the different personalities within the many.

I received some powerful lessons during my troubling sleep, this afternoon.
I could not stop thinking about Francyne’s old email to me.
Her telling me what she and Denise were doing; managing the divorce through the emails to me.
She was clearly revealing to me that she assisted Denise in doing the work of taking my home from me, and that I would get my money if I followed her instructions. [I have all her emails] She knew the property was mine all along. She told Brar, in a email, not to give me any hope of getting my property and family home returned to me. They took my home from me; a Crime in The Criminal Code of Canada. And they were knowingly assisted by my sons ##### and ###### ##### from ########, Ontario. ###### told an RCMP Officer by phone that they had to sell the home. ####### was there minutes after my being evicted and I told him he was stealing from me; he turned and walked away. I took pictures of the scene. Denise paid him thousands of dollars to get rid of my movables. The evidence is in the court records [Denise Claire Wesley, was billed and paid for the work.] I also took pictures of them moving my wife Denise to her new home on $$$$$$$$ in Pierrefonds. Belair Insurance gave me her new address. I was moved from my home to homelessness in less than twenty minutes; feeling the cruelty of elder abuse, and the police did nothing to stop it. I left my dog Nicky, dead in a basket; he died the day before from suspicious poisoning. These memories added to the earlier burdens of post-trauma disorders which I have been overcoming for years. The winter came upon me quickly and I slept in my car in sub zero temperatures. It has been three years and I am now 79. Denise is 72. The divorce case is stalled in the court and I am without the wealth of my property. Denise inherited her parents property and didn’t need mine.
I live in Ontario and miss the culture and geography of Quebec; it is where I was born in 1933. Denise provided the court with an email document from me [overwritten by her] misleading the court into believing I was an abusive husband. This is not the whole truth which clearly is - “I never abused her, but in fact was always very kind.”
To mislead the court is perjury, a very serious crime, with a maximum sentence of 14 years. She also claimed the property was hers, but the marriage contract and deed reveal that is not true. The foregoing thoughts really made my afternoon nap almost unbearable.
During my afternoon sleep, I felt “righteous anger” for the injustice of the court actions, of Denise and Francyne, misleading the court. My home was sold not once but twice since I was evicted; I talked to both new owners, they knew something was suspicious. The last one, hoped I would get my money. He was very disturbed that they might lose the property.

I can tell you what the facts are.
This Home was the one I bought and paid for.
It is mine alone.
Denise my wife inherited her Mothers estate.
We have a marriage contract which is very clear.
If she left the marriage she was to receive nothing.
We would be equal and balanced in wealth.
We planned this before we married.
If she had stayed with me she would inherit all.
She left in 2008. This year 2014 would be our 50 year anniversary.
Why she left is a problem for a psychologist, and not a court Judge who has been a victim of lies/
Curious legal corruption occurred and I was evicted from own home and studio,
in 2009 [July] and made Homeless.
The last investigator [ex-RCMP] told me it is a case of embezzlement and before the Crown attorney.

The Divorce Judgment says "that Dense Wesley lived with me until June 9, 2013"
This not a fact.  Curious is a fact.
Another fact. Like death, divorce is a traumatic injury [PTSD] and heals and leaves a scar.
Being deprived of a home and complete wealth over 5 years is torture.

I'm told that theft is involved with several assistants.

Divorce . . .

About Loss of Family and PTSD-Depression and Being in a State of Love

“Families, are the basic unit of survival for the World.”

When our children were in their teens, [70’s] I would often sing songs, at the week-end supper table. I had always hoped they would join me singing, but they didn't. I was thinking about our future as a family, and Kindness, Awareness, and Emotions, and Being in a State of Love, and Denise and me with our family.
“Love-Mysteries” came into my mind  at this moment in the world. I'm thinking about the world-family and the trouble it is in! I think it wise, to consider how people are not joining  Terence McKenna & Rupert Sheldrake, in the numbers they should be!
My kids nor my wife joined with me to sing. They did listen, if they wanted the great meal that had been prepared, by their Mother. I think there is lesson with moral about living a good life here.
I am 10 years older than Terence McKenna & Rupert Sheldrake, and never smoking or ingested “funny stuff.”
But we should be listening, because these guys “are” the wisdom we need

You asked for an indication of support as you pursue the fraud and miscarriage of justice that is going on in the Montreal civil justice system.  I have to preface my comments with the fact that I know very little about the Montreal civil court system nor do I know what transpires there.  I have, in the past, however, been on the periphery of the legal and police professions, I worked for the RCMP for 7 1/2 years a while ago, and from that involvement I can well understand how a system can easily be manipulated for unjust ends.  When I couple my personal knowledge with what you have told me about what you have been through and are going through, I can only give you my support as you try to thread your way through  the system and try to expose the fraudulent methods being used for illegal gains. I don't understand either the complexity nor the legal implications of the problem.  I do know that you will need all the support you can muster to challenge a system that is as ingrained as that one is.  I will certainly pray for you and the work you are doing.  I trust that you will have the energy to complete it.

In this Blog there are many references to “Homelessness,” which for any normal person is a most deprived and horrible way of living; from “Home to Homelessness.”


One only has to listen to the daily news to learn of more people who are moved from “Home to Homelessness.” We learn that there are agencies that come to the aid of victims finding themselves devastated by horrendous powers that destroy and rob them of their homes. Who and why people are moved from “Home to Homeless” bring us to the NEWS to find the answer to satisfy our curiosity.


The next questions for NEWS, include what agencies are being deployed to aid the Victims and what kind of process unleashed the devastating power to destroy/rob/kill.


This brings me to focus on our Family Courts and the victims it creates. Everyday hundreds of victims are evicted from their own homes into homelessness.


This is a process in our Family Courts which operates without ever stopping; sunrise after sunrise. And it is paid for by the victims themselves. The victims are even charged with government taxes. And to add more bad news to this story, there are no agencies which automatically come to the aid of the victims; no help what so ever. And even more strange is that no NEWS agencies report the daily devastation that our Family Courts are creating.


This is a real problem and it is not new to us and so it is no longer NEWS.


In Canada alone, there are approximately 80,000 family court cases processed each year or 300 cases daily. Any other natural disaster with 300 deaths (Deaths by a thousand cuts) would be covered by WORLD NEWS Agencies. But our Family Court disasters are manmade disasters, not natural.


This little NEWS agency, a Blog, calls this court processing INNJUSTICE. It is unjust because we have a “Right” to live in our homes peacefully and no force shall evict us. But a court judge does so every day without a drop of conscience or a thread of remorse. And then our homes are sold without our consent and this FRAUD. And because Fraud is a crime, we need a police officer, to make an arrest.


Getting an officer to do so, is almost impossible. I know this is true. I am one individual who has been robbed of my Home.

It is not only Fraud, but is also Elder Abuse, another crime because, I have just recently entered my 79th year on this planet and I am an Elder.

I was made an officer of the Crown in 1952 at the age of 19. I committed myself to be a 100 percent perfect officer who would defend Canada and its citizens.

And I thank God am still here!

I will never forget.
