Abandon Ship: The Sinking of the SV Concordia

Vic, Thank you for your thoughtful words about drowning. I was inspired by a CBC program: “Abandon Ship: The Sinking of the SV Concordia”,

The words "No one is coming to save us;" is the very thought I had after the Route 7 accident.

My immediate thought, last night, led me to writing the post below.

And I remember accepting the thought that “I was going to die” in the Ormstown river(1943); then feeling your hand on my back pushing me up the steep bank to shore. “Saved by your quick response.”

These thoughts as revealed in the CBC video were not strange to me.

Dying in my car during a freezing Ottawa night was also on my mind and that easily leads to ”will I and others like me be saved from the injustice delivered by our Family Court Systems.”

My hands write when my “mind” connects to my heart; the INN of JUSTICE is the result.

And I feel your hand pushing me ahead, like an ever present companion on a journey through life together. Me in Ontario and you in California; minds in sync, crystal and radio signals.

To Denise My Soul Mate - 2011 and again 2015

Hi and welcome to my Diary and Blog Site. My name is Don,
Today it is November 25, 2014. It is good to be able to recall our life events on the Internet. More accuracy this way. Also more insight. This essay is excellent to describe the background to our history.

We were making wedding love and you said “we are soul mates.” 1964.

We were in the Queen Elizabeth Hotel. We had just come from our wedding ceremony in Ste. Agathe. I will never ever forget that moment; it is a vivid memory, which returns to me often and just did moments ago. I still love you.

I trusted you more than any other person in the world.

I was building our future wealth, with Anthony Zingone, as a 50/50 partner.

We left the Hotel and drove directly to his home in Long Island, because we both liked him. What I didn’t know at the time, is that he was a New York Mafia Loan Shark.

I was able to defeat him in the Montreal courts using Chuck Emery, Clive’s partner.

I sold my interests in Weslite Inc., to Intalite Inc. and used the money to buy and complete my family home at 6 Hazel Drive, Dollard-Des-Ormeaux. I also sold my Jaccam Cruiser and used the money to add rooms to our home.
All my furniture came from my first homes, before I purchased 6 Hazel Drive in Dollard Des Ormeaux, DDO. I bought and paid and it belongs to me.
You broke the law by selling that property and destroying the Family Home. You lied when you said you owned it. I used the "pret-non Denise Prevost. You are Denise Wesley.

Clive Allen, my lawyer, asked me whether I could trust you and I told him “if I didn’t I would not marry you.” Clive drafted our marriage contract knowing my reply. I trusted you, my sweetheart; Mother of our children. You lied to me.

And my sweetheart you moved me from my Home to Homelessness; do you really know why?

The prison cell panel which I invented and developed with Ken McReynolds, in basement offices of the home (I bought for us) has been taken from me. It was part of the wealth that I was building for us. Someone has that panel and the parts which made up that panel. Peter Howison and Francyne’s partner both could profit from the documents and development parts which were in the my offices and in the outdoor storage.

I reported (2008) to the Montreal police that the 3’ x 3’ panel along with the parts were not where I had left them. I saw this when I re-entered my home; you called the police and had me put out again. Why did you do this to your soul-mate?

I still love you.

As you will remember Ken McReynolds sent me a Fax at NBC, your work place, which promised me $500,000.00 for my work inventing and developing that panel. Where are all my missing documents and my tools and equipment. I need them to make a living.

Serge Holoduke still has his and is making a living.

I have not given up my work to get Justice. The Court System evicted me from my home and has made me homeless. I consider myself a victim of pure evil, but I do not blame you.

Now I'll work full time for God until Justice is obtained for all men who are misrepresented by their lawyers.

As long as I am alive I will work endlessly to get Justice.

We both made stupid errors in our marriage, but not enough to end it. We were both smart enough to grow and mature. I still love you.

I know you have told people you know longer love me; to this I remember what you said to me in court, “you have a funny way of showing love.”

You left me, I didn’t leave you. What can we call what you showed me? I still love you. It seems you have a need to kill me also.

Michael, has told Eleanor that I will get my lost wealth from you. Michael has also told that to Vic Roth. When will I receive "my wealth" from you?

"MONTREAL - The Barreau du Québec is grappling with such a serious backlog in processing complaints and disciplinary procedures against its lawyer members that it doesn’t appear to have a firm grip on the average length of time it takes to resolve a disciplinary matter – which can often prove a years-long odyssey.

The Gazette has learned both the Office des professions and the Quebec ombudsman’s office have been probing and prodding the Barreau over its delays.

In one example, a woman’s case against her former lawyer dragged on for 17 years. In another, a businessman has gone to the courts after 28 months of frustration."

In the Superior Court case, Takefman said, “I am doing this totally myself without a lawyer. ...

Rushfeldt, Executive Director of Canada Family Action (CFA), said he is delighted that the popularity of divorce is declining, but attributes the blame for the "horrendous fiscal and social costs" of the 1968 no-fault Divorce Act to Pierre Trudeau's liberal ideology.

Rushfeldt said, "It took 40 years and almost two generations to realize the no-fault divorce, (thatTrudeau and the Liberals espoused) was harmful.

The fiscal and social costs of that ideology have been horrendous and we will continue to pay for at least another ten years.

Since leaving Ted Conversations, having been kicked out of the Church by some of its members, I have received the following news.
Remember, I am a Christian and a defender of our Faith, as a former Military Officer.
Just two days ago I was appointed Chaplain of my Masonic Lodge in Ontario.

"Less than 5 minutes ago: I am deeply troubled by not being able to locate a TED member who had a long history of contributions. Before deciding to write, I allowed my anger, my bitterness, my grief, my frustration to simmer away and subside...and then I made up my mind that I was going to make a different world and we can do that together.

We have come together here from every corner of the globe to create a community. None of us are perfect. Our mutual interest is connections and exchanges that inspire our positive growth.

I believe that our common purpose is to not only step forward with openness and walk towards mutual understanding but to set the stage and the tone for an inclusive collaboration on progress for those who walk these paths after us. This may be the only way for most of us to be the change we wish to see in this world.

If our intention were to fight to the elimination of those who come to our community from different life experiences, belief systems, and perceptions than our own, then we are not only wasting the opportunity that our host has graciously provided, but we are also working against everything that it stands for.

I especially admire your unselfish regard for and devotion to the welfare of others and know that you too are unsettled by the disconnection of that membership. Whenever another person is cut off from community resources because of our action, we have harmed the whole. That calls for righting our wrong. To err is human and it is in making good on our mistakes that we remain true to our self.

The solution is to negate karma to zero, Allen Savory can not bring back 40,000 elephants, so he devoted his life to restoring world's barren lands, I was angry with my self for being a silent bystander to this conversation. Now I am choosing not to be like those in Peter Singer’s video, so I am writing to right my own wrong, you can find Don, and restore his membership status. Please do."

Conversation is a form of interactive, spontaneous communication between two or more people who are following rules of etiquette. It is polite give and take of subjects thought of by people talking with each other for company.

Conversations are interactive because contributions to a conversation are response reactions to what has previously been said.

Conversations are spontaneous because a conversation proceeds, to some extent, and in some way, unpredictably. However, the scope of that spontaneity may legitimately be somewhat pre-limited for the purpose of expediency, e.g. a talk show or a debate.

Conversations follow rules of etiquette because conversations are social interactions, and therefore depend on social convention. Failure to adhere to these rules devolves, and eventually dissolves the conversation.

Conversations are sometimes the ideal form of communication, depending on the participants' intended ends. Conversations may be ideal when, for example, each party desires a relatively equal exchange of information, or when one party desires to question the other. On the other hand, if permanency or the ability to review such information is important, written communication may be ideal. Or if time-efficiency is most important, a speech may be preferable.

Dear Vic
I write this email immediately after writing an email to Serge under the same

conversation title. 1960
The impact on me of seeing your DVDs is amazingly powerful.
I am not yet able to understand how this is going to affect my future work here

on this earth.
It is I suspect a “To be or Not to be Question.”

for us as individuals and as a

global Family.
Uncontrolled changes in our society are so vividly and obviously occurring.
Some few in the middle economic bracket are OK for the moment,

but the other two are at war with each other.
Our governments cannot provide enough forces to protect our basic individual

rights and there are “In the nest martyrs every where.”
Your DVDs at this time, vividly alert me to what has changed in our social lives

between 1960 and 2011.
I cannot thank you and Maureen in words alone. Beautiful family growth!

beginning (with Horses (1961) and my present life
with friends in Chesterfield, and Serge,

all being with horses in the now being

during the Korean War and three years with the
