Video Details: When I had my first panic attack, my life would have been so much easier if a doctor took me aside and explained to me that panic attacks are normal and very treatable without medications.
But, I didn't get that help and I know most of you still don't get that help either.
So I have recorded a video interview with one of the best doctors I now know who treats panic disorder.
His name is Dr. Harry Barry and he generously took a few minutes out of his schedule to explain why he believes panic attacks are not dangerous and what you can do to stop them.
This doctor understands panic and anxiety better than any doctor I have met.
He is the kind of doctor everyone wishes they had as their family physician.
