In this video, I'll be giving a simple two step process for letting go of and healing from traumatic experiences. Many times, when trying to heal complexes, traumas, and neuroses we intellectually understand what causes it but we can't seem to get rid of it. This addresses trauma directly on an emotional level by focusing our awareness on the sensations in our body relative to the emotion we're experiencing right now.
