Jody Mitic is a twenty-year veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces and sniper team leader. He saw first-hand the courage and chaos of war, suffering the loss of both his legs after stepping on a land-mine in Afghanistan, and changing his life forever. Now he is a city councillor for Ottawa, and an advocate for wounded veterans. He writes about this remarkable journey in his book "Unflinching: The Making of a Canadian Sniper." He joins The Agenda to discuss his extraordinary experiences.
