* * * Social Awareness about Organized Businesses * * *

January 31, 2011.

Organized crime has been officially defined by the Canadian police as "two or more persons consorting together on a continuing basis to participate in illegal activities, either directly or indirectly, for gain."; it has been defined by a former US organized crime boss as "just a bunch of people getting together to take all the money they can from all the suckers they can.

Some notions to think about; if you are so inclined.

CBC - Fifth Estate - Jan 30, 2011 - Mafia Story and Organized Businesses

Hi and welcome in. I ask all to call me Don, instead of Donald.
Dawn sounds more like me. Today is Nov 9, 2014, and I'm 81.
April 11 1964, was the day I married Denise and she gave two cute devilish kids.

I am preparing essays covering my work with Montreal and New York construction industry executives.

My life as President of Weslite Inc., and my partner Tom Zingone of New York City, during the 1960's.
In another post I will talk about my life as President of Integrated Lighting Limited and its work in the Construction industry during the 50's and 60's.
And my work as Sales Manager of Engineered products for Red Comet Inc., a CIA funded company, during the late 1950's.
Peter Canepari (brother-in-law) and Paul Barone(uncle), will also be referred to; covering periods from the 40's.
Other work I did as a "Know-How specialist." during the 70's 80's and 90's will be referred to.
All the above can be called "organized industry businesses." Crime.
And then I refer to my Denise vs. Don case,  in the Montreal Family Court, during the past six years.

Life is an impoverished hell on earth for me - Organized Businesses

Serge thank you for your reply.

I do need to express myself to you.
My feelings were spontaneous; very strong and very real for me. I don’t blame you at all. You have to do your work, to make a living.
It is  strange but I don’t have to work to pay the bills. But life is an impoverished hell on earth for me. You didn’t make it that way.
I feel my own life has no work to do. I have no motivation to live and that is a hopeless feeling for me; a real problem.
Your videos and slide shows were beautiful and I wish I could be there in them, but I am not. And to me I am saying farewell to life.
In your absence I will continue to send you short emails to let you know I am still here.
I have been a “prisoner” to my hellish thoughts for too long and all my efforts can not show me a quiet way out. Denise, my wife, could have stayed with me, but didn’t.
Emails like this one are uncharacteristic; they are the “to be or not to be” dialogs to oneself. Hamlet and the Book of Job were the two questions on my high school leaving exams for which I scored 100 percent.
I was sad and angry at the age of four, and basically all my life; I could see so much evil around us.
I worked ‘focused to mould’ out a better life for those around me and my awareness of humanity. You have recognized that character in me and for that I am most grateful to you.
For the past two years the questions have been the central issues of my life. I am angry Serge, but not with you.
Every little thing disturbs me now, Serge, but not you nor Victor.
All I ask of you now is to keep throwing me a “stroke,” a biscuit if you will.

I have just stopped for lunch and felt that I MUST reply to your uncharacteristic email.
You said you could only tell the truth so I shall continue in that vein. I need to take advantage of the opportunities that are afforded me therefore when there is work and there are deadlines I'm a sort of "dam the torpedos, full speed ahead" kind of person. And yes sometimes people must take a MOMENTARY pause in my life.
I'm sorry you feel as you do and yet I am offended that you do feel that way.
None of my work says farewell. Even the farewells are not farewells. My work is about hope and optimism, of faith and loyalty and of love. I capture moments. They are only brief moments. They are NOT farewells by any means.
You know me well enough to know that NO cruelty was meant or intended.
There are going to be times when I may go silent for a day or two. It doesn't mean that anyone including Stinger is forgotten.
So your feelings and comments are without foundation. If that's how you felt then it is because you conjured up those feelings.
But enough said...
I must now feed this face and get back to the task at hand.

I can only tell you the truth Serge.

Who is Herb Foxwell - I needed help to live through the night

I needed shelter from the freezing weather
and my car wasn't shelter.
He instructed Brar to find a nearby motel
and we all drove there.
Brar negotiated a price for a month and
Herb Foxwell paid the motel with his credit card.
Herb hadn’t known me for more than an hour, but he knew that
I would freeze to death in my car overnight.
He made it very clear this was a situation needing charity.

Herb Foxwell is an extraordinary Man.

INN of JUSTICE: Unresolved conflicts Destroy

Unresolved conflicts Destroy

All unresolved conflicts Destroy

January 20, 2011
Serge, I have read the whole of your email to me, which is about another different conflict.

I am now more aware of this unresolved conflict between the two persons and "the economic vessel" they are partners in. As an experienced observer of conflicts I can say that unresolved conflicts destroy the willingness to Cooperate. A life time of experience in organizational development (OD) has also proved to me that unresolved conflicts between two people will destroy the wealth of both parties; heaping uncomfortabe costs upon the stakeholders, This destruction of wealth in your economic unit "The HUT" upsets the members (members being the borders )of that unit. It costs them time and money and disrupts their precious environment. You and they are stakeholders. I am reminded of President Kennedys reference to unresolved conflict, when he quoted from Dante's Inferno “the hottest places in Hell are reserved for those who in times of crisis, choose to remain indifferent. More wisdom can be found in this children short story: "Humpty Dumpty sat on the wall and had a great fall...” Conflicts in business get the immediate attention of the personnel departments, because conflicts destroy the wealth very quickly indeed. Business cannot aford these losses. The members of the vessel have a very big stake. ("Conflicts in Courts are even more disastrous because they take forever to resolve; as in my life now.") The members may not be shareholders but they are in“this economic vessel" and hence they have a moral obligation to prevent the vessel from going down. They cannot remain indifferent. For a few weeks now I have observed the turmoil in your life, as you have watched the vessel going down. It was a precious vessel and it has been destroyed; this is a tragedy. It could have been avoided. What was done by the stakeholders to save it? You and I Serge have seen "precious vessels" (we were in) go down and we have suffered enormous damage. In my opinion the stakeholders in this situation chose to abandon the ship. A full and transparent resolution to the conflict could have resolved the conflict and saved the vessel for all. The future will repeat the past; beware! Vessels, like FAMILY units, are precious investments. They are a “Citizens Castle.” The exception would be in a Marxist State. Serge, I hope this, my short view of your situation, is useful for you.

It has been a journey which hasn't been pleasant. You can help by telling me when you last heard from me. I just got this computer a few days ago; I have been without my old one for several months. I will then know where to begin my telling my story. It has been very difficult time for me. I spent several weeks living in my car, with very little money and temperatures reaching minus 7 degrees centigrade. Most of my time has been in Ontario; around Ottawa. I did this to avoid unlawful arrest in Quebec. Some of the time I was given shelter in temples and two weeks ago a former military officer (my age) paid for my my stay in a motel. I now receive the federal supplement to my old age security payment. I also received a back payments due to me since last march. My experiences have been very interesting and very helpful in advancing my own growth. My health has never been better and I have made several new friendships with exceptional people. As for Denise, she has delivered the maximum of evil doings, just as the text-book prognosis said would happen. It is difficult to believe. I believe that I will eventually be returned to my home. The court systems with regard to divorce is devastating families every day, making many men homeless. Both the Ottawa police and the RCMP, clearly see the corruption that is centered around the two lawyers in every case who want to sell the homes; and the Judges produce un-conscionable judgments. I going to stop at this point; just to prevent myself from poisoning my thoughts. I am happy to be able to write to you again. Don

5:58 AM 11/01/2011 Don I am touched by your expression of gratitude. You have given much to me with your ongoing support and encouragement. You entered my life, I believe in 1959, when you gave me my job at Red Comet. From that moment on you mentored me and became a friend. We shared a great deal over the years and, we continue to do so. I find it natural to speak with you each day. I too am grateful for this friendship. Serge

Descriptions of Antisocial personality disorder

Descriptions of Antisocial personality disorder

Descriptions of Personality Disorders

Some of the common features of descriptions of the behavior of sociopaths.

Profile of the Sociopath

1 - Glibness and Superficial Charm
2 - Manipulative and Conning They never recognize the rights of others and see their self-serving behaviors as permissible. They appear to be charming, yet are covertly hostile and domineering, seeing their victim as merely an instrument to be used. They may dominate and humiliate their victims.
3 - Grandiose Sense of Self Feels entitled to certain things as "their right."
4 - Pathological Lying.  Has no problem lying coolly and easily and it is almost impossible for them to be truthful on a consistent basis. Can create, and get caught up in, a complex belief about their own powers and abilities. Extremely convincing and even able to pass lie detector tests.
5 - Lack of Remorse, Shame or Guilt A deep seated rage, which is split off and repressed, is at their core. Does not see others around them as people, but only as targets and opportunities. Instead of friends, they have victims and accomplices who end up as victims. The end always justifies the means and they let nothing stand in their way.
6 - Shallow Emotions When they show what seems to be warmth, joy, love and compassion it is more feigned than experienced and serves an ulterior motive. Outraged by insignificant matters, yet remaining unmoved and cold by what would upset a normal person. Since they are not genuine, neither are their promises.
7 - Incapacity for Love
8 - Need for Stimulation Living on the edge. Verbal outbursts and physical punishments are normal. Promiscuity and gambling are common.
9 - Callousness/Lack of Empathy Unable to empathize with the pain of their victims, having only contempt for others' feelings of distress and readily taking advantage of them.
10 - Poor Behavioral Controls/Impulsive Nature Rage and abuse, alternating with small expressions of love and approval produce an addictive cycle for abuser and abused, as well as creating hopelessness in the victim. Believe they are all-powerful, all-knowing, entitled to every wish, no sense of personal boundaries, no concern for their impact on others.
11 - Early Behavior Problems/Juvenile Delinquency Usually has a history of behavioral and academic difficulties, yet "gets by" by conning others. Problems in making and keeping friends; aberrant behaviors such as cruelty to people or animals, stealing, etc.
12 - Irresponsibility/Unreliability Not concerned about wrecking others' lives and dreams. Oblivious or indifferent to the devastation they cause. Does not accept blame themselves, but blames others, even for acts they obviously committed.
13 - Promiscuous Sexual Behavior/Infidelity Promiscuity, child sexual abuse, rape and sexual acting out of all sorts.
14- Lack of Realistic Life Plan/Parasitic Lifestyle Tends to move around a lot or makes all encompassing promises for the future, poor work ethic but exploits others effectively.
15 - Criminal or Entrepreneurial Versatility Changes their image as needed to avoid prosecution. Changes life story readily.

Other Related Qualities:
Contemptuous of those who seek to understand them Does not perceive that anything is wrong with them Authoritarian Secretive Paranoid Only rarely in difficulty with the law, but seeks out situations where their tyrannical behavior will be tolerated, condoned, or admired,
Conventional appearance Goal of enslavement of their victim(s) Exercises despotic control over every aspect of the victim's life Has an emotional need to justify their crimes and therefore needs their victim's affirmation (respect, gratitude and love) Ultimate goal is the creation of a willing victim Incapable of real human attachment to another Unable to feel remorse or guilt Extreme narcissism and grandiose May state readily that their goal is to rule the world (The above traits are based on the psychopathy checklists of H. Cleckley and R. Hare.)

NOTE: In the 1830's this disorder was called "moral insanity." By 1900 it was changed to "psychopathic personality." More recently it has been termed "antisocial personality disorder" in the DSM-III and DSM-IV. Some critics have complained that, in the attempt to rely only on 'objective' criteria, the DSM has broadened the concept to include too many individuals. The APD category includes people who commit illegal, immoral or self-serving acts for a variety of reasons and are not necessarily psychopaths.

DSM-IV Definition Antisocial personality disorder is characterized by a lack of regard for the moral or legal standards in the local culture.
There is a marked inability to get along with others or abide by societal rules.
Individuals with this disorder are sometimes called psychopaths or sociopaths.

Diagnostic Criteria (DSM-IV) 1.
Since the age of fifteen there has been a disregard for and violation of the right's of others, those right's considered normal by the local culture, as indicated by at least three of the following:

A.   Repeated acts that could lead to arrest.
B.   Conning for pleasure or profit, repeated lying, or the use of aliases.
C.   Failure to plan ahead or being impulsive.
D.   Repeated assaults on others.
E.   Reckless when it comes to their or others safety.
F.   Poor work behavior or failure to honor financial obligations.
G.   Rationalizing the pain they inflict on others.
H.   At least eighteen years in age.
I.    Evidence of a Conduct Disorder, with its onset before the age of fifteen.
J.    Symptoms not due to another mental disorder.

From: Sent: Friday, January 07, 2011 8:01 PM To: Don Wesley Subject: Re: The simple true facts of Denise vs. Don You have proven your point time and time again. Yes, you were screwed. I notice in your blog that you indicate that your home was sold by Denise and your son.

The Family Court devastates families every day. Is this abuse?

I received this knowledge from a working RCMP Officer, in a Family Court who declared to me (personally) that he sees this devastation and that there is nothing he can do as an RCMP Officer to stop this abuse. A municipal Officer in another City, who is involved in these Family Court situations, has personally told me that the two case lawyers are the people who knowingly keep this abusive system functioning daily. They pocket the wealth lost by the parties in these Family Divorce cases. There are no incentives for them to stop. It will take government involvement! Unconscionable Court Orders are issued, often based upon ex-party and ex-court Affidavits.

1.. I made a better than average income, not a fortune in earnings; thirty percent of my time. 2.. Our family shrink predicted Denise would kill me – family dysfunction and a personality disorder. 3.. I spent 60 percent of my time researching, developing, and studying to keep abreast of the business community I served. 4.. I used those earning to continue improving the efficiency and comfort of my home, 5 bedrooms (plus my office and studio areas) all as I had planned (before I made the purchase.) 5.. I also developed services and products. These services and products were work in process(WIP). 6.. The WIP value, I estimate at $500,000.00. 7.. My life with Denise was beautiful until the late 90’s. There was no abuse or argument at any time. I loved her. 8.. Denise spent much of her time going out with office people after working hours. The clients were mostly male. 9.. Denise worked with other women who left their husbands (as walk away wives do) and still does. 10.. Denise planned her attack on me, months ahead. 11.. The attack began by evicting me from my home, into a state of homelessness; living in my car. (Physical abuse) 12.. According to Plato, he doesn't know what justice is but he knows what justice is not.

Injustice is the lack of or opposition to justice, either in reference to a particular event or act, or as a larger status quo.

The term generally refers to misuse, abuse, neglect, or malfeasance that is uncorrected or else sanctioned by a legal system.

Misuse and abuse with regard to a particular case or context may represents a systemic failure to serve the cause of justice.
Injustice means "unfairness." Injustice may be classified as a different system in comparison to different countries concept of justice and injustice

Integrity is a concept of

Integrity is a concept of consistency of actions, values, methods, measures, principles, expectations, and outcomes.
In ethics, integrity is regarded as the quality of having an intuitive sense of honesty and truthfulness in regard to the motivations for one's actions.
Integrity can be regarded as the opposite of hypocrisy, in that it regards internal consistency as a virtue, and suggests that parties holding apparently conflicting values should account for the discrepancy or alter their beliefs.

Integrity is the foundation of any system of law. An adversarial process can have general integrity when both sides demonstrate willingness to share evidence, follow guidelines of debate and accept rulings from an arbitrator in a good-faith effort to arrive at either the truth or a mutually equitable outcome. An honorable presentation of the case measures both sides of the argument with a consistent set of principles. Failure to present principles in accordance with observation or to try them unequally can weaken a case.

Persons who have "low integrity" ...  report more dishonest behaviour
Persons who have "low integrity" ... try to find reasons in order to justify such behaviour
Persons who have "low integrity" ... think others more likely to commit crimes
Persons who have "low integrity"  ... exhibit impulsive behaviour
Persons who have "low integrity"  ... tend to think that society should severely punish deviant behaviour
Persons who have "High integrity"  ... ...are without devious motives
