Eliminate “Unconscionable Injustice” from our Court Organizations

Since July, 2015, when I last wrote,... the situation I described as 1,2,3,4 ..  below has shown some remarkable changes: Maybe to be seen by the public ~ soon.  Thank God for that.

A) I found a Home to live in.

B) My un-happiness disorder has become a Happiness

Pleasure.

C) And I found justice in a local Court.

D) I found an empathy-filled woman, who is the Crown Prosecutor for the Police summons which said I was responsible for Accident in February 2015. See what happened

E) I told the Judge I was innocent and the Crown Prosecutor was happy ~ God interfered with the erroneous Police investigation. The Judge acknowledged no-one showed  up to prove what the Officer and One witness declared happened. Wow!  I know because I was the witness that did show up before the wonderful Judge.

F) The public, according to The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation [CBC] finally agrees that the 'Society of Police Officers' needs to protect with much more learning and  effort; the citizens. God Bless our Police Officers

G) Perhaps  for first time: The guy who hit my vehicle from behind was trying to kill me.

H) The Crown Prosecutor even referred to the Officer as  as a Bully. This sad for him; but he has to learn his lesson; so the other few nasty Bully's can also learn the lesson 

I) Remarkably, several Psychologists have now explained, to those needing this information: how some trauma plaintiffs seem to lie; when in fact, their Brains store the true  traumatized portion of their Brain; in with-in space of our bodies One Brain.

This changes How PTSD really works in the bodies Brain and the Mind, which does control the whole Brain. Please Remember the Mind is the collective Mind; so this a very big change.

J)  Now, sexually abused women can now explain the true exlanation[story] is complete and a very different story that is still incomplete.  Two separate locations are different locations and have two different personalities that can speak to us at different times: just seconds apart.

K)  Physics does explain how one single kick into 100 or more Tons of a bag of balls gets felt as... 

L)  One single kick into the butt which is covered by pants

All this happened in 12 months. Wow!

M)  My PTSD symptoms have returned given the behavior of the Officer who attacked like a Bully when He alone summoned me to Court: I had to wait 12 months just to find me 'not guilty'

What one error can do.

Loosing My Home in Montreal is caught up in the back-log of cases. Service Canada itself is 900 days behind. Quebec is even more behind.

It is the aim of this Blog called INNJUSTICE,

To be such an agent of change!

A Preface:

I write this post, both, as a victim of the Injustice of the

Family Court System, and as a life long Systems Architect.

I am angry, but not to the point of "Sin."

To say "God is never angry" or

"God should never be angry"

Is to say that God shouldn't be angry when

Innocent people are hurt or killed,

Or that he shouldn't be angry

That the Holocaust took place.

Or to say that God shouldn't be angry

When seeing the Injustice systemically

About Change:

1. What is preventing "change" right now?
2. What are the barriers preventing change?
3. Tragically, formidable barriers to making such changes are powerful forces.
4. Companies simply fail and go into bankruptcy if they fail to produce good products;
5. Not so in our Courts!
6. The barrier is not one of scarce financial resources, as one might reasonably expect, rather it is an intellectual barrier; a barrier of thinking; a barrier of the mind.

Last Midnight I found something very new for my case.


This Blog Story has a beginning: Back before Xmas 2008.
Don who lost his Home; due to Fraudulent Behavior is closing in on the Ending.


His whole family were Bullying Him:  A 77 year old Human.
There several crimes here. What kind of personality does each one Have?


A story isn't one if there is no Ending


That long passed behavior will soon reach the Criminal Court; unless they agreed to rebuild my old House I molded into a Home.

Tim Field (RIP)

"Tim Field graduated from Staffordshire University (formerly North Staffordshire Polytechnic) in 1975 with a First Class Honours degree in computing science, after which he spent nearly twenty years at the forefront of computing in programming and systems support and development. His technical expertise was complemented by a commitment to user support and customer service specialising in designing and delivering training programmes for users with little or no knowledge of computing. He became a regular speaker at user group conferences around the world, including UK, Switzerland, Sweden, Australia and USA.

Drawing on the experience of being bullied out of his job as a Customer Services Manager in 1994 and experiencing a stress breakdown, he founded the UK National Workplace Bullying Advice Line which was first featured in the Independent on Sunday, on 28 January 1996.

Tim's Advice Line logged over 10,000 cases similar to his own. During 1996 he wrote, typeset and published Bully in sight which was the first book to identify the sociopathic serial bully in the workplace. One review said: "Thank you for writing Bully in Sight. It's like a torch in the darkness." Tens of thousands of copies were sold in 30 countries. In 1998 Field published David Kinchin's Post Traumatic Stress Disorder: the Invisible Injury.
Then, in 2001 he co-authored and published (with Neil Marr), Bullycide: Death at Playtime, an exposé of child suicide caused by bullying.

In 1997, recognising that he couldn't sustain the level of telephone demand indefinitely, he set up the web site, then called "Success Unlimited", starting with six pages in January 1998. By 2004 there were over 400 pages.

Tim believed that bullying was the single most important social issue of today, and that its study provided an opportunity to understand the behaviours which underlie almost all conflict and violence.His work inspired and influenced international anti-bullying organisations, while his personal energy, commitment and knowledge restored sanity and saved lives. He received honorary doctorates for his initiatives to stamp out bullying.By the time of Tim's death in 2006, he had become a world authority on bullying and psychiatric injury.

His vision was for a bully-free world, and he campaigned in schools, further and higher education, and the workplace to achieve this. He lectured all over the world. His clients included individuals as well as institutions such as the BBC, trade unions, police forces and local authorities. He had worked personally on more than 5,000 bullying cases, highlighting the lack of understanding for victims. He revealed patterns showing how trade unions often failed to deal effectively with the problem among their members.

I'm really impressed by the words of Desmond Cole. I'll be following Him and what his eyes do for all of us.
I'm white and have been 'carded' by policemen who should be policemen; in my opinion. I have been injured and called the PTSD type. I'm a victim; what should I call the abuser:  Bullies
