Men's Defense Association

"In almost every marriage there are many good times.  When the dreams and plans of a
lifetime are cruelly, uncaringly wrenched from the realm of possibility, part of the person
dies.  Although a marriage is buried, it is often buried alive.  One-sided love is a tragic
thing.  Love is a great possession; its betrayal, a great catastrophe.  Sincere partners
dedicate their entire lives to each other.  Greater commitment is hardly possible.
Repaying this gift with treachery is extremely cruel.  As the song goes, A false-hearted
lover is worse than a thief."

Wow, what a difference a day makes.
It sounds like you are rock and rolling now.
You don't have to put your Superman costume on,
you are glowing in your actions
and confidence for all to see..
Now for Plan B. Now that you have wheels again,
get the [BLANK] out of Ottawa.

Your tripping, man.

I spent the Night with Dave, Dan and Sally and finally arrived here at “home.”
Yesterday was a very unusual and productive day.
I was awake for more than 24 hours.

I met my doctor, a specialist, and my health is excellent.
(thyroid medication is much lower size than 2008.)

The doctor, is the man who said that I and my son Steven
were well known to a CISIS agent (who commented favourably.)
I personally knew one CISIS agent, while I was Secretary to my Lodge in Montreal.
I will be very involved  in in the near future.
My PT is back in my rented space.
I also had discussions with D--- about my future.
