The Gifts of God..... are free.... and can be received at any time in our lives.
Like knowledge from the Trees-of-Life, we must not steal it, but wait until we normally need it.
There are abnormal exceptions... like EHF = Extra High Functioning Children, or delayed luminescence = DL.
He alone can give it; unless he assigns a trustworthy human to decide when: A person like a teacher, minister, pastor and perhaps the best is.... a Chaplain. Or better still... a Normal Layman Minister.
The Chaplains have gone through the injuries that must be well engrained in a human “Mind,” to be real sympathy. Like a Military Man or Woman!
They can say... “I understand and feel your sorrow, pain and loneliness and the burgeoning powers to commit suicide.”
