And Francynes' reply is still a lie.

Vic, I believe my reply to Francyne is tricky.
Will it change things and become effective I can’t be certain!  I refer to the following line: “
It was he who evicted me.”

Francyne.

Thank you for letting me know the status of the case.  I will follow through with your idea for dealing with my
present lawyer. I did make a complaint to the Bar about his behaviour, shortly after being evicted from my home. I
was advised to do so. It was he who evicted me.
I am sorry that you feel my messages are harassment, it is not my intention. I am very lonely being separated from
Denise, and I was motivated to write. Except for a final chapter, a book is completed;  about the devastation that
divorce creates within families; I am not alone. When I write it is sometimes to my diary and other times to my
wife Denise. I hope you understand.
Knowing that you feel uncomfortable, I will cease sending any essays (messages) to you. I have always known that she
does not get messages which I have sent to her, using this address; you told me so months ago.
I am not sure about how to cease dealing with my present lawyers, perhaps you could elaborate a little more than you have. I will then send them an email with a copy to Me Adelia Ferreira as you have directed, to accelerate the process.
I hope you and Denise are well.
Love (Care and Aware)
Don

Don,

We had kept this address alive to communicate with you during court appearances and to facilitate the divorce
procedures.  At this point however, I only receive harassment messages addressed to Denise and the
correspondance between you and a couple of people you know.

The money from the sale of the house is still not released because the divorce procedures have still not been
settled.  If you want this, and you don't want to deal with your present lawyers, send them a note telling them you
are no longer interested in dealing with them, send a copy to Me Adelia Ferreira (her address below) and she will
take care of the divorce procedures and releasing the funds from the sale of the house.

Following your response, I will then close this e.mail account.

Regards,

Francyne
